  • If the Applicant's Canada Visitor Visa is approved, her/his Visa's validity will be as per her/his Passport expiry date minus one to twelve months;
  • Any lie, false information or fake documents to Canada Immigration Office is fraud and called Misrepresentation. The Applicant will be banned from entering Canada for at least five years;
  • If all the Applicant's supporting documents are 100% eligible for Canada Visitor Visa, there is no guarantee that Canada Immigration Officer will approve the Applicant's Visa application;
  • Applicants between 14 to 79 years old in certain countries need to give fingerprints and photo biometrics. We will upload the date, time and location to your CVL account once we have received the biometrics request from Immigration Office. Applicants with a valid US Green Card do not need to provide biometrics to visit Canada.
